Material: CNC machined from aerospace-grade solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum forgings.
Process: Formed under 10,000 tons of pressure to align metal grain for maximum structural integrity and weight reduction.
CAD Design:7–28 days (depending on the complexity of drafts and revisions).
Production: 35 days (starts after final CAD approval).
Quality Control: Individual inspection and video/photo verification provided prior to shipment.
Total Delivery: Typically 8–12 weeks from initial order date.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our forged wheels, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the CAD design process has commenced. By placing an order, the client acknowledges that engineering and manufacturing resources are allocated immediately upon design start.
Structure:Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. (Does not cover impact, potholes, curbs, or misuse.)
Finish:3-Year Warranty against peeling or corrosion under normal operating conditions.
Installation: Professional installation is required to ensure proper fitment and maintain warranty.
Hardware Maintenance: As with any high-performance multi-piece component, it is recommended to have a professional verify the hardware torque during routine tire rotations or every 10,000 miles.
