Material & Manufacturing Process
Structure: Custom 1-Piece Monoblock Construction (Machined from a single solid forging).
Material: CNC machined from aerospace-grade solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum forgings.
Process: Formed under 10,000 tons of pressure to create a continuous metal grain flow, resulting in the highest strength-to-weight ratio possible.
Warranty
Structure: Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. (Does not cover impact damage, potholes, curbs, or misuse.)
Finish: 3-Year Warranty against peeling or corrosion under normal operating conditions.
Design & Timeline
CAD Design: 3–14 days (includes engineering drafts and revisions).
Production: 35 days (starts after final CAD approval).
Quality Control: Individual inspection and video/photo verification provided prior to shipment.
Total Delivery: Typically 8–12 weeks from initial order date.
Care & Maintenance
Installation: Professional installation required to ensure proper fitment and maintain warranty.
