Material & Manufacturing Process
Structure: Custom 2-Piece Construction (Forged Center bolted to a Forged Barrel).
Material: CNC machined from aerospace-grade solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum forgings.
Process: Formed under 10,000 tons of pressure to align metal grain for maximum structural integrity and weight reduction.
Warranty
Structure: Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. (Does not cover impact, potholes, curbs, or misuse.)
Finish: 3-Year Warranty against peeling or corrosion under normal operating conditions.
Design & Timeline
CAD Design: 3–14 days (includes drafts and revisions).
Production: 35 days (starts after final CAD approval).
Quality Control: Individual inspection and video/photo verification provided prior to shipment.
Total Delivery: Typically 8–12 weeks from initial order date.
Care & Maintenance (2-Piece Forged)
Installation: Professional installation is required to ensure proper fitment and maintain warranty.
Hardware Maintenance: As with any high-performance multi-piece component, it is recommended to have a professional verify the hardware torque during routine tire rotations or every 10,000 miles.
Specifications: Recommended torque specifications for the assembly hardware are laser-etched or labeled on the inner barrel of each wheel for professional reference.
Cleaning: Clean only with mild, non-abrasive soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, degreasers, or automated car washes that use acid-based cleaners.
